    Essa estadia não foi satisfatória assim como as outras estadias deste hotel, pois a solicitação especificada de um quarto desejado não tenha sido atendida e não tinha secador de cabelo fixo no banheiro e nem disponível a empréstimo.

    Falta de manutenção

    Estadia boa, porém o ar condicionado pimgando muita água deixando o quarto muito molhado e foi solicitado manutenção e mao foi resolvido. E a unica solução foi colocar dois baldes no meio do quato para armazenar a agua que pingava do ar condicionado.

    Olá, a estadia no hotel foi ok! A recepcionista no chek in não foi nada hospitaleira. Super ríspida com as respostas e com uma má vontade perceptível. Ao solicitar dois edredons eles só me deram um pois disseram que o hotel só disponibilizava um por apartamento, mesmo o apartamento tendo 3 hóspedes. O corredor com um cheiro muito forte de cigarro.
