Experiência muito abaixo do esperado. Reservei um quarto de frente para o mar, mas fui colocada em um quarto pequeno no térreo, sem vista alguma. Senti que o serviço não correspondeu ao que foi contratado. O único destaque positivo foi o café da manhã, que oferecia boa variedade. Fora isso, a hospedagem deixou bastante a desejar. Diante da minha experiência, não recomendo a hospedagem, especialmente para quem busca receber exatamente o que foi reservado

O hotel é bem simples, próximo ao aeroporto (da pra ver os aviões pela janela), em frente à praia (imprópria para banho). Fica um pouco afastado da agitação da cidade, a estrutura é boa, quartos grandes, banheiro grande. O colchão era ruim, tinha uma lombada bem no meio. O travesseiro era péssimo, fino e dentro da fronha estava embolorado. Deveriam trocar tudo por novos. O café da manhã tinha bastante opção, porém todos os dias eram as mesmas opções, mas eram de qualidade. Ar condicionado era bom, gelava bastante. Os funcionários bem atenciosos e rápidos. Os vidros precisam de uma boa limpeza (muito sujo devido a maresia). Piscina era ok, mas não usei porque nunca pegava sol nela. Tinha estacionamento. Faltou uma academia e restaurante a noite.

Gostei muito do hotel. A localização é de frente para o mar de Boa Viagem, a cama era confortável e o café da manhã muito bom, com bastante variedade e sucos naturais diferentes todos os dias, inclusive sabores regionais. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, principalmente a equipe do café da manha Por outro lado, o hotel fica bem no final da praia de Boa Viagem, sentido Piedade, longe da feirinha, mercados e de outras atrações. Acabei dependendo de Uber para praticamente tudo. A região é mais afastada e com pouco movimento, o que me trouxe uma certa sensação de insegurança, principalmente à noite. Aconselho a hospedagem para quem estiver de carro alugado ou não se importar em usar Uber o tempo todo. Outro ponto é que o banheiro era bem apertado; uma pessoa maior pode ter dificuldade para entrar no box do chuveiro. Também recomendo levar kit de higiene pessoal, como sabonete e shampoo. Depois que escurecia, eu tinha vontade de sair para passear, mas não me sentia confortável por ser uma área com poucos hotéis e pouco movimento de pessoas.
