Pousada bien située au pied de la plage. Plage tranquille et belle. L'environnement est très beau, jardin bien entretenu et grand, belle piscine. Les bungalows sont bien et espacés. Le mobilier est en bois massif mais vétuste. Le hic c'est la salle de bain ouverte sur l'extérieur, ce qui peut être inquiétant niveau moustiques... Cependant, en prenant des précautions nous n'avons pas été piqués. Les boissons étaient bonnes. Le point négatif serait la qualité de l'offre de restauration pour le petit déjeuner qui est très moyenne comparée à toutes les autres Pousada que nous avons visités lors de notre séjour. Le personnel en dehors de la personne à l'accueil n'est pas très sympathique, on a l'impression qu'on les dérange. Globalement cela reste une bonne option mais il faut aller dîner à l'extérieur ou il y a de très bonnes options.

bangalo é até bom, espaçoso mas falta manutenção, ralos estavam com vazão ruim e o box enchia de agua. falta também uma melhor iluminação no quarto, havia tb goteiras na varanda, várias telhas estavam quebradas e também uma parte da vedação na cumeeira estava deslocada fazendo entrar insetos. Outra coisa, os quartos nao possuem telefone para contatar a recepção, restaurantes, para pedir alguma coisa eles nao aceitam pedir por whatsapp entao vc tem que sair do bangalo se estiver chovendo pegar chuva para pedir um simles almoço ou jantar, outra coisa tem uma funcionária de nome LUCIANA que é muito grosseira, rude e mal educada me atendeu pelo whatsapp me tratou muito mal, lembrando que a estadia é caríssima eu paguei mais de 1.200,00 na diária, não é barato, deveriam tratar o cliente com mais educação e respeito, os unicos funcionarios educados foram as cozinheiras e a KIMBEELY, pq o restante todos mal-humorados e de cara fechada, o garçon do bar da praia então nem se fala, rude e mal-humorado. algumas pessoas nao deveriam trabalhar com público. outra coisa é a má iluminação externa do hotel, lugar muito escuro, muitos insetos, lugar estacionamento escuro só lama sem calçamento, tb nao havia calcamento ate o bangalo que ficamos, muito mato, grama alta, e muitas folhas no chão. a pousada precisa de uma reforma urgente, outra coisa é a passarela que estava cheia de lodo correndo risco de escorregar e se machucar. enfim, nao recomendo porque o valor da diária é muito alto.

Quarto com ducha fria, chalé inferiores na frente do mar e o nosso, superior, atrás. Na praia, perderam pedido de comida. Café da manhã fraco e sem reposição. Pedido de late checkout não atendido porque poderia vir um cliente (pois não havia reserva) e o quarto tinha que estar pronto. Fomos p praia, tomei banho de cano de água q fica na praia e, ao pegar as malas, não tinham recolhido e estavam no quarto q não foi arrumado. Mesmo diante de tantas reclamaçoes, nenhum movimento da gerente para reverter nossa insatisfação foi feito. Enfim, caro, ruim, mal atendido. Não recomendamos a ninguém.

Pousada muito gostosa, bangalô lindo em meio a uma natureza impecável. Só tenho 2 considerações a fazer: primeiro: os preços das comidas e bebidas beiram o abusivo. Paguei 18 reais em uma long neck de heineken q nem gelada estava. Segundo: eu pago feliz uma taxa de serviço de bar quando sou atendido com simpatia e atenção e esse não foi o caso. Pessoal da recepção e café super atenciosos, mas o atendimento do bar deixa muito a desejar!
