Pousada muito fofa e aconchegante, a equipe de funcionários foi muito prestativa e cordial. Só irei pontuar a questão do café da manhã que não estava sendo servido na pousada, estava sendo no hotel ao lado e sobre umas teias de aranha que tinham no quarto, fora isso tudo muito bom!

Eu gostei. É organizada, o quarto tem frigobar, ar, TV com streaming, o banheiro é limpo e tem regulagem de temperatura no chuveiro. O café da manhã é simples, mas completinho: dois tipos de frutas, dois tipos de sucos, Iogurte e cereais ( aveia, sucrilhos, Granola etc), um tipo de bolo, pão, biscoito, queijo, presunto, cuscuz salgado, ovo mexido etc. O check-in foi às 15h e chegamos às 12h, mas eles têm um espaço para deixar as malas e banheiro para uso enquanto o quarto não estava disponível. O check-out é às 11h, mas também oferecem uma sala para deixar as malas caso a gente ainda fosse ficar um tempo na cidade. E também não ficam perguntando se queremos limpeza no quarto. Basta que a gente comunique se quer ou não.

Foi maravilhosa! O atendimento é excelente, os quartos ótimos e arrumados. Banheiro pra mim sempre é importante que seja um alto padrão de limpeza, foi por isso que reservei neles. A comida é bem gostosa com bastante variedade. Perto do centro, pode ir andando para a praia do centro. Ficamos no quarto 5 no primeiro andar.

Pior Hospedagem

Minha pior experiência de hospedagem até hoje. Os funcionários são completamente despreparados e não oferecem suporte. Ao chegarmos na pousada, encontramos o quarto com um forte cheiro de tinta, além de janelas e móveis empoeirados. Quando pedimos ajuda na recepção, nos informaram que nada poderia ser feito naquele momento e que deveríamos aguardar o dia seguinte para que um funcionário realizasse a limpeza. Inacreditável que hospedem pessoas sem verificar as condições do quarto. A limpeza, aliás, só foi feita dois dias depois de nossa chegada. O café da manhã é bem simples, com poucas opções, e não corresponde ao valor da diária. Durante a estadia de seis dias, trocaram as toalhas e o enxoval de cama apenas uma vez. Ficamos quatro dias usando as mesmas toalhas, e mesmo após solicitar a limpeza do quarto duas vezes, fomos completamente ignorados. A cidade é linda, e a viagem foi incrível, mas a pousada foi o único ponto negativo. Infelizmente, o local não está preparado para atender turistas.
