Pousada bem diferente das fotos. Apresenta pouquíssima infraestrutura para o hóspede. Quarto muito pequeno e desconfortável, precisando de reformas. A limpeza também é muito ruim. Toalhas e roupas de cama velhas. Café da manhã com pouca opção e bem ruim. Apesar de tudo, os funcionários possuem muita boa vontade em ajudar, porém não pretendemos voltar.

Experiência péssima em minha estada

Foi uma péssima experiência , o quarto não tinha espelho, frigobar em péssimas condições,o atendimento da recepcionista Patrícia foi péssimo, café da manhã as 08 hs já estava faltando queijo, pedi para moça da cozinha ela disse que não tinha mais e depois fechou a janela da cozinha em minha cara, dando a entender que não gostou que perguntei, enfim não via a hora de terminar minha estada por ali, a pousada deveria se preocupar mais com a aparência da mesma e conforto do hóspede, percebe se um certo descaso , tais como falta de cuidado com a pousada. Deveriam ser mais caprichosos com a limpeza, decoração, e os próprios móveis e roupas de cama, café da manhã frutas só um restinho sempre! O único ponto positivo eh a localização e o atendimento do recepcionista Vinicius que eh muito prestativo!

Pela minha passagem rápida que tive na pousada , a minha visao foi boa. Atendimento foi otimo. Na hora da reserva errei de quarto e eles mudou para o quarto certo numa boa sem problema. Cafe da manhã, ótimo !!!

Sabedoria na escolha de hospedagem para viagem.

olha não foi boa não, logo que chegamos nos colocaram em um pequeno quarto sem janela, um pequeno e estreito corredor nos levava até uma pequena janela, o banheiro sem janela apenas dois tijolos vazados. Senti uma grande fobia, falta de ar, quarto e banheiro sem luz natural e ventilação. Pedi ao recepcionista que tomasse uma atitude ou iríamos embora. O mesmo nos colocou em um único quarto maior que tinha na pousada porém tivemos que sair no dia seguinte, poís a diferença da diária não era para nosso bolso. Colocou-nos em um outro quarto menor como o primeiro porém janela centralizada e maior para receber ventilação e luz natural. Banheiro com ventilação para c orredor interno( apenas dois tijolos vazados),,porém bem melhor que o primeiro. Quanto a limpeza achamos razoável, café da manhã com variedades porém repetiram-se bolos e tortas alguns sem aprovação de hóspedes por isso sobravam para o dia seguinte, frutas sempre repetidas( destaco que já passamos por todo nordeste foi a primeira vez que não encontramos melância).Escolhemos essa pousada pela nota do site provedor está alta e avaliações positivas, porém nos arrependemos bastante e não procediremos mais assim na escolha de uma próxima pousada ou hotel). Estou sendo sincera para que pessoas assim como nós que trabalhamos o ano todo para investir em uma viagem como descanso não se decepcionem como nós. As férias precisam ser lazer, descanso e não decepção dor de cabeça. Destaco porém que funcionários são muitos atenciosos

Ótima pousada

Amei a nossa estadia! Aproveitamos os nossos 6 dias, a pousada é muito bem localizada, próximo ao centrinho de Porto de Galinhas e das piscinas naturais, 10 min a pé! É próximo tb a várias praias da região! Atendimento super simpático de todos! Recomendo!
