Não há estacionamento na propriedade, a cozinha é bem equipada para um casal e o apartamento é limpo. Contudo, a comunicação deixa a desejar. Tivemos o transtorno de ficar sem energia no nosso quarto e fomos realocados para outro. Porém, ao amanhecer, esse segundo quarto também estava sem energia. Não havia ninguém na propriedade com quem pudéssemos solucionar a situação. No geral, o flat tem potencial para oferecer uma boa estadia, mas precisa melhorar muito a comunicação e o empenho na resolução de problemas. Por essa razão, não voltaria a me hospedar lá.

Achei o flat muito completo e bem confortável, super espaçoso e o atendimento excelente. Localização muito boa tbm. So não estava tao limpo todo o flat, como pia da cozinha, sanduicheira. E o maior problema que tive foi em relacao ao estacionamento que esta escrito no anuncio que tem, isso foi determinante para minha escolha e chegando la nao tem estacionamento. Mas de uma forma geral me atendeu muito bem e recomendo.

Os funcionários foram simpáticos e atenciosos. Porém, o flat precisa de melhoria na infraestrutura e limpeza. Havia baratas nos móveis e utensílios da cozinha e no banheiro. Necessário dedetizar com urgência. O espaço do flat é excelente. Havia muito barulho durante a noite/madrugada (apartamento acima e alguma acomodação no entorno). Durante o dia, o que gerou incômodo também foi o som alto na área comum. Não dava para assistir a TV, nem com a porta fechada.

A recepcionista maravilhosa, quarto incrível, tem tudo, microondas, louças, chapa de sanduíche, toalhas e travesseiros, deveria ter lençol e café da manhã, pelo preço e pelo flat, ta muito caro sem café da manhã. Piscina bem pequena, se já tiver gente, você fica ate sem graça de entrar de tão pequena, e ainda encontrei barata morta, não entrei na piscina. Fica a uns 10min do centro. O quarto é tranquilo mas o som de outro condomínio do lado incomoda nos quartos. O microondas não tava esquentando, e wifi não pega muito bem. Mas achei lindo, e bem aconchegante, peguei so pra dormir mesmo, pois queria aproveitar mais o centro e a praia. Nota 8
