Trata-se, contudo, de uma edificação que precisa de uma reforma geral, tanto da própria edificação quanto do mobiliário. A equipe de recepção poderia receber instruções para melhor atendimento. Devo dizer que me atendeu considerando o custo benefício.

Elevadores mal conservados e barulhentos, banheiro com pia e ralo de chuveiro entupidos, fechadura eletronica que apresenta defeito sempre impedindo a entrada, paredes do quarto com infiltrações, sujas, café da manhã sem a supervisão dos funcionarios, deixando o ambiente sujo, TV que apenas pegava 2 canais, e como a internet tem sinal ruim, impossivel conectar qualquer strams, estacionamento com varias vagas interditadas por infiltrações nas lajes dos pavimentos etc.
