A oferta do hotel era de um quarto para 3 pessoas, com ar e privacidade. Ao chegar, constatei que a acomodação era, na prática, um quarto para 2 pessoas, um banheiro e uma copa/sala, onde foi colocada uma bicama improvisada. Havia apenas um ar, instalado no quarto principal. Na copa/sala não existia aparelho o próprio, apenas um buraco na parede para que o ar do quarto tentasse refrigerar os dois ambientes, o que obviamente não funcionou. Mesmo após 2h com o ar no máximo, o quarto não refrigerou adequadamente e a copa/sala permaneceu totalmente abafada. Há clara violação ao CDC, pois foi ofertado um quarto para três pessoas com ar e privacidade, e a oferta não foi cumprida. Meus 2 amigos chegaram cerca de 2h depois, pois vieram em outro voo. Fomos à recepção e os atendentes foram reativos, dizendo que não havia outro quarto disponível. O supervisor confirmou, sem oferecer solução. Poucos minutos depois, este apareceu na recepção e verificou que havia outro quarto, com 2 aparelhos de ar, um em casa ambiente. Ficou evidente o desalinhamento interno, mais tarde confirmado por um atendente que pediu desculpas. Apesar da troca, a experiência foi negativa. Funcionários aparentam clara insatisfação, que reflete no atendimento, inclusive no café da manhã, em que as funcionárias foram ríspidas. Nossa viagem não era para fins turísticos, por isso não tenho condição de avaliar esse aspecto. Nota 1 apenas pela decoração das áreas comuns, que valoriza a cultura e o artesanato local.

Hotel antigo porém em boas condições, todo reformado, com um anexo do outro lado da rua com 9 suítes. Estacionamento pago R$ 20,00 a diária. Em dias da semana não é possível estacionar na rua. Café bem repetitivo, mais atende as expectativas. Os colaboradores todos bem atenciosos a exceção do recepcionista Aroldo, que é bem mal humorado e nada simpático. A localização é muito boa para quem pretende visitar todos os pontos turísticos de Recife.
