It's already my seventh time here, but it's impressive how it degraded the service, if you don't ask they don't make the bed opener, in 3 nights they didn't put back neither towels nor the water, when I asked for the water, they charged 48 reias, coffee capsules also didn't put it back, in the restaurant the dishes don't come out with the same quality as years ago (which was impeccable) the older employees still do a good job, but the new ones are unprepared, they took 30 minutes at the checkout to make an adjustment to the bill that was too much for a spa error, the impression is that the owners leave the hotel, this is unfortunate

Wonderful stay for the second time

This is my second time staying at the resort, as always the staff was helpful and pleasant. The food was excellent and everything was well maintained. Would highly recommend it and would for sure return.

We booked a garden room but upgraded to a private bungalow upon arrival which was quite a lot more ecoensive but absolutely worth it!!! With a private pool that connected to a series of smaller pools and well away from tge rest of the comunal areas. The hotel was busy due to a holiday weekend and so tgere were quite a few kids but still mostly couples and adults.

Landscape is wonderful, all gardens, pools, rooms, extremely cleans. Beach towels everywhere , handy. Staff is something that we need to mention. People are more than nice . The only thing I'd say is in the pool some staff sometimes were a little distracted but whenever they see you need anything, they'd rush to deliver. The bar close to restaurant had amazing drinks, a professional lady who prepared the drinks . I was very impressed by the professionalism of all staff. One last thing, the Spa service also excellent . Very good professionals . Definitely a place to come back and recommend to family and friends. Thank you Nannai family for my amazing vacations

Great service from the whole staff. I got sick and was assisted by Eric that facilited getting medical help, Jeferson was really nice to help me with diner requests and Valdir at the bar has great drinks recommendation. Overall a very pleasant stay as always , this is my 3rd time back. Looking forward to more.

It was a very nice stay. However, they first put me in a very far away room at the building, without any view! So I had to talk to them about it, then, they moved me to a room closer to the pool. I also stayed at the bangalô, which was very nice but a little too dark. There wasn’t any screen door so I could not leave the door or windows opened. But overall it was a very nice experience. At the buffer, some waiters just ignored me! That wasn’t very nice. There was an amazing waiter who was extremely nice and friendly every time he saw me, his name I think is Fabiano ( short, overweight, green eyes) he was really kind. He always went the extra mile to help me. That was very nice. I will definitely go back there soon. My daughter didn’t want to leave! 😊
