Aline from the restaurant was amazing! We stayed for about 2 weeks here and she was the highlight. She was kind, courteous and always took care of us. The hotel itself was clean and the front desk was friendly. Pro tips: the elevators take a very long time so plan ahead for that. Also, make sure to charge your room key at the front desk before you try to go upstairs because they run out of “battery” quickly. If you don’t, you’ll have to keep going up and down (learn from us and do this every time you leave and come back so that you can save yourself from the headache of dealing with the elevators). Otherwise, great location and access to local amenities! Loved that Dilplomata was right next door!

Ficamos por apenas uma noite, pois estávamos voltando de uma viagem internacional e a viagem por carro era no dia seguinte. O quarto era EXATAMENTE como mostrado na imagem, muito bonito, espaçoso, bem equipado. Achamos o atendimento da recepção muito profissional e educado. Já no café da manhã, a pessoa que estava repondo os alimentos não foi tão cordial. Também não gostamos do acesso ao estacionamento, que é muito apertado. Inclusive raspei com o carro em uma das paredes tentando fazer o retorno, pois não havia indicação de que as vagas estavam preenchidas, e uma vez lá dentro, sair parece impossível quando se está cheio. De resto, foi uma experiência boa. Tivemos um bom descanso, a cama era confortável, o quarto silencioso, o banheiro com boa pressão na água e ducha quente. De modo geral, uma boa acomodação.

Corredores com salina pesada, poeira nas janelas que para quem é alérgico é complicado, precisa de manutenção de limpeza que precisa melhorar um pouco. Elevadores fazendo muito baralho as portas quando abrem e fecham. Estacionamento é muito pequeno, pode ser que não consiga estacionar lá. Café da manhã bom, mas espaço é pequeno.
