The staff were friendly and excellent. In the first room the AC stopped working and we had to switch rooms the second night. The card keys stopped working multiple times and we had to go to the front desk to get new ones. I found a giant cockroach in the drawer with my clothes the second day when we had to switch rooms. The building is old and tired. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good

Elevador vai até o 11o, assim quem fica no último andar sobe um breve lence de escadas. Em nosso caso, foi perguntado e não houve problemas.
