O Hotel precisa passar por uma reforma geral. Num modo geral os funcionários são esforçados em oferecer uma boa experiência. Estava em um quarto que para acender um abajur dava choque, foi informado a recepção e a equipe de manutenção veio prontamente e solucionou o problema. Para quem deseja assistir algum filme ou série tem que se preparar pois nem todas os quartos do hotel são SmartTV e que pode frustra. Num geral o hotel é OK.

Combinei em três oportunidades a minha chegada no hotel às 4h da manhã, foi confirmado duas vezes pelo hotel, que eu poderia chegar e realizar o check-in sem nenhum problema e que a recepção do hotel já estava ciente da minha chegada. Quando cheguei no horário informado antes, fui impedido de fazer o check-in pela equipe da recepção, informando que o meu check-in só seria feito as 14h da tarde, e informaram que os quartos estavam lotados e que e teria que procurar outro hotel, fiquei na recepção até 6:30 da manhã, quando um dos recepcionistas informou que havia um quarto disponível e que eu teria que pagar 100 reais a mais para entra. Paguei pelo cansaço da viagem, mas o meu quarto havia um barulho insuportável de um ar-condicionado, parece que a encanação dos ar-condicionados dos outros quartos passavam pelo meu, e ficava batendo no vidro.

Hotel antigo e visivelmente mal conservado. A iluminação nos ambientes comuns é precária e passa sensação de descuido. Os funcionários se mostraram apáticos, sem muita disposição para atendimento. No café da manhã, os itens frios não aparentavam estar sob refrigeração adequada, o que causa insegurança. A piscina apresentava uma luz piscando durante todo o período de funcionamento (das 10h às 20h), o que incomoda e levanta dúvidas sobre manutenção. O quarto era espaçoso e estava limpo, porém com marcas claras do desgaste do tempo. A cama tinha colchão muito mole, assim como os travesseiros, o que comprometeu o conforto. O ar-condicionado quebrou em um dos dias e foi necessário permanecer no quarto enquanto um técnico mexia na fiação, situação desconfortável.
