Worth it for the experience and breach front!

When I arrived with my kids they helped me to check in. After I saw the bedroom, which was not with a smart tv and the ac wasn't working, they send someone to see it. Downstairs, I spoke to Eduardo, and he was very diligent to find us another accommodation that would provide the comfort and needs we had. The costumer service provided by him was above and beyond! I had previously spoke to stuff members and they weren’t concerned about costumer satisfaction and the costumers needs, when Eduardo accommodated to make the customers happy. I love the restaurant, the food is delicious, the breakfast is amazing, stuff friendly and respectful. Ac amazing, the bed was comfortable and clean sheets. They also provided more pillows and towels as I needed. I have nothing negative to say! View is breathtaking.

Hotel com boa localização , bom café da manhã , bom custo benefício. O elevador requer atenção, ficou parado por cerca de 15 minutos, o interfone e o botão do alarme sem funcionar , sem sinal de celular. O jeito foi mandar uma msg de whatsapp para a esposa , em SP, ligar pro Hotel por telefone…. O qual tb não atenderam. Por sorte o elevador foi para o térreo , onde bati na porta e escutaram …. Um calor horrível dentro do elevador, ainda bem q estava sozinho e não tenho claustrofobia!

Excelente hotel!!! Funcionários muito atenciosos. O quarto superior é muito bom e espaçoso. O chuveiro é bom e muito forte. O quarto possui até uma pia para lavagem de utensílios. O estacionamento disponível é pago, mas é possível deixar o carro na avenida em frente ao hotel. Há um supermercado 2 quadras por trás do hotel. É próximo a uma padaria, bares e restaurantes. A piscina fica na cobertura e é boa, mas achei o espaço pequeno para ficar nas mesas com amigos. Um espaço que fez muita falta foi o da academia. Nāo há uma área para exercícios físicos. O café da manhã fica no térreo e tem muita variedade. O atendimento é excelente, pois se acaba alguma comida é só pedir que eles repõem.
