Tinham 3 pessoas na minha frente e indaguei a atendente se não tinha outra pessoa para apoiá-la. Ela informou que estava sozinha no dia de hoje. Para azar dela, o colega dela aparece 10 minutos depois. Ele estava na parte interna da recepção. Não é assim que se trata um hospede. lamentável
