I had a fine stay, but the room wasn’t as nice as typical ibis rooms (I stay in ibis hotels often). The lobby is modern and updated but the room I stayed in needed some updating to match the lobby and typical ibis rooms.

Equipe incrível e educada e prestativa. No entanto, a estrutura de banheiro,cama e assento de banho para cadeirantes tem erros grosseiros que comprometeram meu conforto e segurança. SANITÁRIO, ASSENTO DE BANHO e CAMA estão todos abaixo da altura exigida por lei: entre 43 e 46 cm. do piso acabado. Tive que comprometer minha privacidade pedindo ajuda na transferência de volta para cadeira de rodas. Espero que seja corrigido em todos os quartos para cadeirantes. Obrigado.

O quarto era limpo razoavelmente confortável, porém havia uma porta no meio do quarto (trancada) que dava acesso ao quarto ao lado. Como estava sozinha fiquei com medo por causa da porta. duas coisas não me agradaram na hospedagem, o colchão que é terrível para quem tem problema de coluna (eu e minha esposa temos este problema) e o segundo uma mosca que foi encontrada junto ao mamão e foi informado ao auxiliar que retirava os pratos da mesa. fora esses relatos não temos nada a dizer, apenas elogiar a limpeza, a infra e pedir mais atenção na cozinha.
