Friendly staff. We always still there when we go to Brazil. Easy access to the beach. Hotel has great buffet breakfast and the pool area is pretty cool.

The hotel was fine, staff was efficient and pleasant, very helpful. Sadly the area is like everywhere in cities in Brasil, you cannot walk safely at night, but considering the challenges of the country our stay was positive!!! 5 stars to the staff !!!!

The staff is friendly and ready to help. Bathroom floors and accommodation floor were disgusting. All black between the ceramics. On my last 2 nights I slept on the floor, I thought I hurt my back swimming but only realised it was the bed that was horrible when I needed help to get up on the checkout time.

Muy lindo el hotel con un desayuno variado y una pileta en el edificio de al lado que se accede interiormente con jacuzzi. En relación al personal muy atento y servicial. Tuvimos un percance qué se nos perdió el celular y documentos en el ascensor y el personal lo retuvo en recepción para entregarlo a nosotros. Agradecidos y contentos de haber pasado por allí en nuestro paso por Recife.

O hotel é lindo, tem um café da manhã saboroso, ótima localização, os funcionários foram todos simpáticos e solicitos. Só queria pontuar a TV, com volume numa configuração muito baixa, e NÃO TINHA OPÇÕES DE CANAIS, apenas rede Globo. O WI-FI COM MUITA LENTIDÃO e a questão da área de lazer, que mesmo ENCERRANDO O HORÁRIO DA PISCINA PODERIAM DEIXAR OS HÓSPEDES USAREM A ÁREA para aproveitar o espaço ao ar livre.
