I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The floor in my room was visibly dirty, and the entire bedroom had a terrible, unpleasant smell that made it uncomfortable to stay. The staff was not welcoming or helpful at all. Instead of feeling like a guest, I felt like an inconvenience. Customer service was cold and unfriendly, which only made the experience worse. To top it off, the breakfast was extremely poor very limited options and low quality overall. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely would not stay here again.

A experiência no hotel foi sensacional do início ao fim. Informei pelo app que estava indo com meu esposo para comemorar nossos 6 anos de casados e, ao chegarmos no hotel, nos deparamos com o quarto todo decorado nos mínimos detalhes. O ambiente do hotel é aconchegante, quarto extremamente limpo e cheiroso, os funcionários são super educados e prestativos, e o entorno do hotel é bem seguro para poder caminhar. Além disso, o café da manhã possui bastante variedades com bolos que estavam deliciosos. Deixo aqui meu agradecimento a todos os funcionários pelo atendimento. Espero voltar em breve para passar mais dias. Vocês são nota 1000!!!

A equipe foi ótima porém algumas coisas ficaram a desejar. 1 - Na divulgação diz que possui estacionamento, porém dois dias o carro dormiu em ruas próximas pois o Estacionamento não era o suficiente para todos os hóspedes; 2 - teve evento no último dia da hospedagem e usaram instrumentos de banda bem cedo, o que não nos permitiu descansar até mais tarde.
