Grata surpresa

Quarto espaçoso e confortável. Café bom, atendimento ótimo. A única "ressalva" foi que minha esposa queria uma manta e eles falaram que não tinha. Por ser uma cidade quente, pode ser justificável, mas pelo porte do hotel deveriam ter para certas ocasiões. Nada que desabone mas bom pontuar para avaliarem sobre a compra.

Atendeu às minhas expectativas

Fiquei apenas metade da noite, pois precisei pernoitar após chegar de viagem. O café da manhã não tem muitas opções, mas me atendeu perfeitamente. O quarto estava limpo, o ar gelando. A porta parecia que tinha sido arrombada anteriormente, mas isto não me incomodou, o quarto é bem silencioso. Os atendentes são extremamente atenciosos!

É um bom hotel, somente o café da manhã que poderiam caprichar mais. Não tem como assar um pãozinho na chapa. Mas enfim, pelo menos tem sucos naturais, melhor do que a Rede Andrade de Hotéis do Recife (rsrsrs).

Foi só pernoite, mas não agradou … de imediato, a porta do quarto 207 tinha um remendo com fita dure; o ar condicionado demorou muito para esfriar, pensei em trocar, mas depois gelou demais e não tinha coberta extra, só lençol fininho. O café foi só decepção, sem quantidade é pior qualidade. Não recomendo.

Estadia de aoenas uma noite, foi a segunda vez minha nesse hotel que fica próximo ao aeroporto de Recife. Os funcionários só muito simpáticos e cortezes, a estrutura do hotel de um modo geral é boa. O quarto (114) é bem pequeno, abaixo dos padrões de hotelaria low cost, a cama extremamente desconfortável e o banheiro uma armadilha, com uma divisória em que eu e minha esposa tropeçamos várias vezes. Trata-se de um feedback para melhoria das condições do hotel, a propriedade é boa, local bom, carece apenas de um pouco mais de cuidado.

Boa estadia, com alguns contratempos

Tivemos uma experiência agradável neste hotel, apesar de alguns imprevistos. O primeiro quarto era confortável e bem arrumado, mas apresentou dois problemas: a porta do banheiro não tinha trinca e o ar-condicionado não estava funcionando. Ao retornarmos dos passeios à noite, a equipe do hotel verificou que o ar-condicionado não poderia ser consertado de imediato e prontamente nos realocou para um quarto maior e ainda mais confortável, o que foi um ponto positivo no atendimento. A área da piscina é muito agradável e bem cuidada, proporcionando bons momentos de lazer, mas sugiro a colocação de mais guarda-sóis. Já o café da manhã poderia ser um pouco mais variado, mas, no geral, foi satisfatório. Apenas no último dia de hospedagem é que descobrimos que serviam tapiocas feitas na hora, pois ouvimos outra hóspede pedindo. Não havia placas com informações sobre isso. Apesar dos contratempos iniciais, tivemos uma boa estadia e consideramos a atitude da equipe um diferencial.

A estadia foi boa, os funcionários são muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Recomendo apenas, que atualize e informe que o bar e o restaurante estão desativados, pois um dos motivos para escolher o hotel, foi saber que tinha bar na área de lazer, mas quando cheguei informaram que estavam desativados faz um tempo.
