We had an embarrassing moment. We had a toilet emergency and the toilet was not working. How the maid missed that when cleaning the room for check in? Check in was a bit slow too. Everything was clean, breakfast meets standards. Walking distance to Cupe beach. To go to Porto's town for shops and restaurants, you need a car or Uber.

Não é hotel e sim uma pousada. Chegamos às 16:30 e nada havia quarto disponível. Tivemos que aguardar. Atendentes da recepção perdidos e sem vontade de atender. Quarto sujo, sem blackout, prepare-se para acordar às 5:45 com o sol. Piscinas sujas. Permitem que hospedem utilizem suas caixas de som na piscina, o que torna o descanso alheio impossível. Resumindo: Não recomendo o “hotel” agora que você quiser uma pousada pode ser uma opção.

Na primeira noite nos colocaram num quarto muito inferior ao contratado | café da manhã deixa muito a desejar, sentimos a falta de um simples ovo mexido e banana | Tivemos problemas com ar condicionado e não foi resolvido | Não existe área para fumantes dentro do hotel, fumantes tem que se arriscar na rua, fora do hotel e sem uma bituqueira.

Maravilhosa

Foi muito boa, o hotel é belíssimo, clima e vibe maravilhosos, funcionários super mega atenciosos e cuidadosos com destaque pra Luana e o Givanildo, mas todos São excelentes, amei os ambientes decotados e com som, café espetacular, só faltou toalhas e lençóis mais novos, um espelho no quarto e pontos para pendurar bolsas e sacolas mas isso é uma sugestão pra melhorar o que já é bom! Ontem os sagüis deram um show no horário do lanche a tarde, o que também é um grande diferencial, o repelente na recepção mostra o cuidado com o hóspede! Parabéns e espero retornar em breve!

Fui com minha namorada. A diária é bem em conta, os funcionários são educados. À tarde tem um "chá da tarde" de cortesia (incluindo café, bolos, doces, salgados etc). Fica a uns 5km da feirinha de Porto de galinhas. Muito bom!

Foi uma boa experiência, a pousada possui um clima legal, os funcionários são educados, o café da manhã e da tarde são excelentes. Ponto de melhoria: O quarto e banheiro são antigos e merecem uma modernizada. Ponto negativo: O ar-condicionado que não estava gelando. No geral, podem reservar que a pousada possui um ótimo custo benefício.

A localização não é no centro de Porto de Galinhas, mas a praia perto é ótima para banho, apesar de não ter muita estrutura de quiosques. O hotel é simples, mas aconchegante. Café da manhã legal. O restaurante Maracaju, que fica anexo ao hotel é sensacional!
