The property is okay. It could use some cleaning as the bathrooms smelled dirty from urine. The beds were old and the pillows had yellow stains, which was prerty gross. The AC filter were dirty and smelled moldy when we used it. One staff member who communicated with us was not friendly at all. Gave us a hard time about notifying them regarding a leaky faucet. Not sure i get it, but she implied it was an easy fix and user error. Honestly, we rented 3 apartments. The one i stayed at was not good and needs some taking care of. Wouldn't stay at this place again. Sorry for the bad review, i think some TLC is much needed, especially for guests staying long term.

Imóvel grande, bom condomínio e com elevador. A Localização fica longe do centrinho de Porto de galinhas, precisa ir de carro. Os móveis do apt são antigos e o chuveiro é o ponto fraco, pq quando vc regula a água ela muda sozinha ou fica quente de mais ou gela do nada. No apt não tem filtro, é preciso comprar água.

Olá! Gosto muito do local. Já tinha ido antes por outros canais de hospedagem. Em relação ao Flat para 05 pessoas... Tem 01 Cama de Casal Tem 01 Colchão Tem 01 Sofá-cama que poderia ser melhor.

Localização do Hotel é excelente, estrutura boa e custo beneficio dentro da normalidade. Cafe da manha é pago mas muito fraco, nao indico e o atendimento é muito ruim. O Ponto Negativo é o atendimento da Recepção, é simplesmente PÉSSIMO e voce tem que praticamente implorar para limpar o quarto e até as 11 horas senão eles nao fazem. Nunca passei por isso na minha vida, tinha que ser de Brasileiros esse hotel porque nos EUA isso nao é tolerável.

Ótimo flat!

Estive com minha família por 9 dias no flat e adoramos. Estava super limpo, os serviços de enxoval que contratamos foi excelente. Também gostamos da comunii via whatsapp, sempre com atendimento rápido dos atendentes. Único ponto que precisa melhorar é a portaria. Cadastramos o veículo que estávamos, mas mesmo assim os porteiros não abriram o portão com agilidade. Teve dia que demoraram horrores e várias vezes vinham e conferiam a mesma coisa que já haviam conferido no dia anterior. Os porteiros nós deixavam no carro fora do condomínio, isso era péssimo.

Final de semana maravilhoso

O condomínio muito bonito e limpo.O único problema é são poucas mesas na piscina, tem que madrugar para conseguir uma mesa . Por ficar numa área que era de mangue, vcs receberam umas visitas de sapos r alguns besouro a noite. O apartamento muito ventilado, com utensílios básicos para café da manhã, se você pensa em cozinhar sua próprio almoço leve pelo menos um escorredor de macarrão. O flat de 3 quartos acomoda umas 10 pessoas muito espaçoso, internet rápida e camas boas. A estadia foi MT boa, já esmos nós programando para ir em março.

Excelente custo benefício, bem localizado, condomínio com ótimo infra de lazer porém, deixou a desejar na limpeza do apartamento e em pequenas manutenções (torneiras vazando, chuveiros falhando, lençóis sujos). Isso é uma crítica construtiva pois se melhorar, a estadia ficará nota 10!
