Very small rooms. Bad location six to seven blocks far from the beach. Bad restaurant and bar service.

Shower drain didn’t work, flooded room. Changed rooms. Only 2 power outlets in room. Paper thin walls. We could hear people talking. Our son wasn’t allowed in our room to help us with our luggage. Breakfast was very disappointing. Constantly out of food and coffee machine broken. Stay elsewhere!

NÃO RECOMENDO - Desdém e descaso no atendimento

Na sexta-feira às 23h pedi um pizza. Ao recebê-la, a recepção do hotel não teve interesse em emprestar uma faca pra eu cortar a pizza. Me ofereceu uma colher de plástico e disse que não poderia fazer nada, pois a cozinha tinha fechado às 22. O descaso e desdém no tratamento me surpreenderam. Me deixaram decepcionado. No fim, tive que cortar a pizza na mão e usar papel higiênico pra limpar as mãos. Como pode um hotel deste porte não ser capaz de atender uma demanda tão simples? Como pode os funcionários tratarem o hóspede com tanto descaso? NÃO RECOMENDO pra ninguém que queira ser recebido com o mínimo de hospitalidade.
