Falta manutenção nos quartos.

Bom por ser próx do centro de Porto. Mas tive problema no quarto. Porta da sacada não fechava, deram um jeito com um cabo de vassoura, ar condicionado velho, sem as artes e constantemente tinha que chamar alguém para poder resolver. Nunca precisei tanto contactar um hotel como foi com essa hospedagem.

Infelizmente foi a quinta hospedagem e última. Não gosto de fazer avaliação negativa. Conheço 11 pousadas de Porto, e a Estação do Sol era a minha preferida. Mudaram a administração, cortaram despesas e diminuíram a qualidade. Check in:15 horas, check out: 11 horas. Piscina abri: 9 horas. Retiraram cafezinho da recepção. Diminuiram as opções do café da manhã. Trocaram copo de vidro, do suco, por copo descartável, colher de café, descartável, nunca vi isso. Fecharam o bar da piscina, e retiram a música e proibiram. Que show de Xuxa é esse? Lamentável.

O atendimento é bom , ela limpeza mais já na área da piscina é pequena não dá para os usuários só tem 4 mesas no caso é bom só se for usar para dormi porque não tem nada na pousada que você possa ficar e aproveitar alguma coisa dela cerveja longnet valor 18,00 e não tem bar.

Infelizmente este hotel trabalha com excursões e, tivemos problemas com som tinha caixas com som alto, pessoas ficaram na parte da piscina de madrugada conversando, criancas jogando bola. Cafe da manha sempre a mesma coisa, precisavamos pegar fila para entrar no restaurante. A limpeza, funcionários como Alessandra, Rosa, Amanda sao excelentes.

Tem tudo para ser melhor, gostei!

Boa experiência! O hotel é simples, recepção boa, check-in rápido, não entrei logo, pois cheguei cedo, atendimento bom no primeiro contato, qdo retornei a tarde para entrar no quarto, tive que dar boa tarde pela segunda vez em tom de voz alto, pois 5 funcionários conversavam entre eles sem dar atenção ao hóspede, eles perceberam minha ação e se tocaram. São dezenas de coisas a serem melhoradas: o horário de check-in para o check-out são de 4h, absurdo, não sofri pq fiz antes e fui a praia e voltei as 4h e na saída que seria de 11h, sair de 11:50h e não falaram nada, nunca vi sair antes de 12h. O quarto de casal é pequeno, mas atende bem, tem varanda com cadeiras e mesa, chuveiro melhor que já vi, tudo limpo, cama boa ,porém eram 2 de solteiro abrindo no movimento do casal kkk, mas não liguei, pois só passei 1 dia, mas não era muito legal, iluminação ok, cortina muito clara, não veda a claridade, tv ótima, toalhas e lençóis bons, ar ótimo, café da manhã bom e área espaçosa, área e piscina boa com mesas e cadeiras e bom chuveirão. Precisa de uma boa reforma, treinamento dos funcionários e um pouco mais de organização. Ponto positivo: chuveiro, ar, café da manhã, piscina, localização e preço de acordo com que oferece, podendo ainda ser mais barato até que melhore. Gostei, acho que volto e recomendo!
