Piso P2 com muito ruído devido arrastado de cadeiras do restaurante. Precisam melhorar o isolamento acústico. Elevadores não dão contada demanda, demorando muito e sempre cheios. Tivemos que ficar usando as escadas, mesmo ao transportar as malas. Nenhuma segurança na devolução dos carros que ficam no estacionamento. Apenas pedem o número do Ap e não pedem nenhum documento de identificação.
