I’ve stayed at this place before, however, it seems to be that different investors have taken over the building. Some will try to make their apartments to be cozy and comfortable. This time I rented one with the least amount of furniture, cutlery, pans and everything in the kitchen. Not enough toiletries. Check in until 3:00 p.m. I would stay in this building again, but I would avoid this owner.

Checkin só é liberado para todos os hóspedes exatamente às 15h. Forma-se uma fila de espera de hóspedes, os quais são liberados, um a um. Nem mesmo o cadastro (ficha, foto..) pode ser feito antes do horário indicado. Quarto super compacto. No mais, limpo, organizado, com estacionamento, recepção, mercadinho interno, lavanderia e rooftop.

Muito bom! Tudo muito limpo e organizado. A equipe foi atenciosa e a estadia, de forma geral, foi bastante agradável. Como pontos de melhoria, o chuveiro foi um pouco difícil de regular, variando entre água muito quente e muito fria. Além disso, a TV apresentou limitações nos serviços de streaming, funcionando apenas com os canais locais. No geral, tive uma ótima experiência e voltaria a me hospedar no hotel.

Quarto bom, mas pode haver algumas melhorias. A tomada perto da cama não funciona e não é disponibilizado toalha de rosto, apenas a de corpo. No banheiro, não há suporte para sabonete e shampoo. Nos primeiros dias, havia um odor de esgoto forte no quarto, mas parecia vir dos arredores. Outra coisa que deixou a desejar foi a internet, que ficou cerca de 3 dias sem funcionar, além de queda de rede por alguns períodos do dia. Para longas permanências, é complicado a questão da limpeza do quarto, não há troca das toalhas ou roupa de cama, reposição de papel higiênico, por exemplo, ficam todos na responsabilidade do hóspede, como fiquei quase 15 dias, senti falta dessa comodidade, fica a sugestão. Fora isso, a estrutura é bem boa, staffs da recepção sempre muito gentis e dispostos a ajudar.
