O hotel está um pouco velho, algumas partes do banheiro e do quarto estavam descascadas. O cheiro de mofo típico das áreas do litoral era intenso nos quartos. A cama e os travesseiros eram desconfortáveis. O atendimento na recepção foi excelente, os atendentes muito simpáticos e ágeis.

O atendimento foi muito bom, porém as instalações deixam muito a desejar no quesito limpeza e conforto. As camas não são confortáveis, nao havia penduradores para roupa no quarto e a questao da limpeza do ambinete como um todo sao bem deficientes.

Boa hospedagem

Gostei do hotel. De fato as instalações são antigas, as melhorias são necessárias. A piscina estava muito suja, esverdeada (creio que pelo movimento do final de semana, pois chegamos na segunda, mas severiam ter jogado produto domingo a noite e limpado segunda cedo). Nao tomamos café da manhã, mas o atendimento na cozinha foi bom. Atendimento gentil de todos. Quarto simples, mas com tudo funcionando. Recomendo!

Não pretendo voltar a esse hotel

Razoável, quando cheguei na madrugada, o recepcionista estava dormindo e quando chamei na recepção não me atendeu bem. Estava com uma criança e minha mãe, idosa e chegamos de carro, com várias malas, ele não ajudou. Também perguntei se tinha como estacionar o carro e ele disse imediatamente que não tinha vaga, não se disponibilizou a verificar se seria possível estacionar. Tentei estacionar na rua, porém um porteiro do prédio em frente me alertou que o carro poderia ser guinchado, então tirei e voltei a recepção, foi quando vi um carro da garagem saindo e falei com o manobrista e novamente com o recepcionista e pedi para verem uma vaga para o carro pois não tinha como deixar na rua. Achei o recepcionista despreparado, o manobrista foi muito mais gentil conosco e nos tratou muito melhor do que o ele.

Hospedagem agradável!

Hospedagem muito agradável, com bom custo x benefício! Acomodações simples, mas não faltou nada e desde o atendimento dos recepcionistas até às camareiras, fomos muito bem atendidos! Café da manhã farto e com variedade de sucos, frutas, pães, bolos e frios! Hotel possui piscina e fica bem próximo a praia de Boa Viagem.
