O apartamento é bom mas tem baratas pequenas e maiores. Na última noite, tivemos uma barata passeando pela parte de fora da geladeira e que morreu quando fechamos a porta (morreu esmagada na borracha quase entrando no freezer) e acordamos com uma barata pequena andando no nosso travesseiro na cama. Fora isso, tudo normal. Aconselho que seja feita dedetização sempre antes de receberem hóspedes pq a hospedagem é limpa, mas só esses insetos que atrapalham.

Péssimo lugar. Sujo, muito sujo. Ao afastar a cama para colocar o berço do meu filho de 10 meses fiquei horrorizado com a quantidade de sujeira embaixo da cama. Sem falar que o piso estava podre quando chegamos. Para piorar, o ar-condicionado dos dois quartos não funcionavam. Foi uma noite de terror, tanto que fizemos o check-out logo cedo.

Decepcionante estadia!!!

Apartamento muito mal conservado, criamos uma expectativa sobre o condomínio, mas nós frustamos, pois o apartamento estava cheio de problemas, tipo ar split velho, fazendo barulho, outro quarto não saia da temperatura 25 ( com o calor do nordeste, imagina?) , Paredes com mofos, banheiro com maçaneta de porta largando, utensílios de péssima qualidade ( pratos em melanina) com apenas 4 unidades, quando a quantidade máxima de pessoas para o apartamento seriam 6 , refrigerador vazando água para o quarto, o colchão do sofá cama fedido e em péssimas condições, tomadas antigas,enfim... Uma tremenda falta de respeito com o hóspede. O local eu recomendo, mas o apartamento precisa de reforma urgente. Merecia meu dinheiro de volta.

As áreas comuns são limpas e bem tranquilas. O apartamento que ficamos tem camas bem confortáveis só faltou alguém para limpar o quarto pois ficamos lá três dias e somente após eu ter solicitado é que apareceu alguém para limpar.

Insatisfação Geral com o Resort Beach Class

Toda minha insatisfação está no quarto 3114 e no Restaurante do Resort: - Quarto 3114 com mofo nos dois quartos, estava horrível o cheiro de mofo, ao o amanhecer da primeira noite, minha esposa teve uma crise de alergia, já na segunda noite, ela piorou e atacou a garganta. Graças a Deus fomos embora no domingo. A responsável se dispôs a trocar o quarto na segunda noite, mas esse não é o caso, o caso é chegar para uma viagem tranquila com a família, com duas crianças uma de 8 anos e outra bebê de 7 meses e se indispor com uma situação dessa. Graças a deus meus filhos não ficaram doente. - O Restaurante não fornece uma comida de qualidade condizendo com o local e muito menos com o valor cobrado (caro), pois um Resort como o Beach Class Muro Alto deveria oferecer um Restaurante a altura com um buffet variado de qualidade e um atendimento especial. - Quanto ao Resort no geral ficamos satisfeitos, a não ser a falta de uma recreação para as crianças mais ativa e com divulgação. Pelo espaço ser muito grande e as pessoas ficarem muito dispersas, não vimos nenhuma recreação, muito menos as pessoas responsáveis, fazendo divulgação ou captando as pessoas como se faz normalmente nos Resorts.

Uma grande decepção

A estadia ofertada parecia estar ligada ao hotel.Mas, trata-se de um condomínio com apartamentos a alugar dentro de um Resort. Fomos passar 2 dias e tivemos que mudar de quarto na segunda diária,pelas condições precárias da primeira e ficamos em outro de condições medianas.Higiene a desejar, na sala apenas 2cadeiras onde uma estava quebrada , falta de Chaves nos quartos e banheiro e porta da varanda sem abrir. O chek-in foi bastante demorado , funcionários descompromissados e deixando claro que não tinham nada a ver com o apartamento (que isso era com o proprietário),papel higiênico de má qualidade , toalhas de banho e lençóis envelhecidos e sem higiene garantida. Enfim , se tivéssemos ido usufruir da hospedagem teria sido péssimo. Mas, nos restou o mar e sol maravilhosos. Localização agradável

uma total falta de respeito ao locatário. Fiz o check-in dois dias antes da entrada e perguntei se duas pessoas poderiam chegar no horário combinado, uma vez que minha chegada só seria à noite. Fui informada que não havia nenhum problema, porém não foi isto que aconteceu, quando minha sogra chegou disseram que só podia entrar com a presença do titular e ainda parecia que eu não havia feito o check- in, pois não estavam encontrando o flat que eu ficaria, precisei, eu, procurar a responsável para resolver. Achei um absurdo um flat não dispor de fogão, afinal não é hotel e sim flat. fiz uma feira para levar e não pude cozinhar. depois de muito reclamar conseguiram um fogão elétrico e não tiveram mem o cuidado de saber que a tomada do fogão não adaptava as tomadas do flat. Achei um absurdo ser cobrado 40,00 reais por dia, para poder utilizar MEU COOLER na área de piscina. nunca mais retornarei nesse hotel.

Não, fiquei um pouco distante

O apto muito bem decorado e tudo que precisei tinha nele, só que fiquei no terceiro andar um pouco distante da praia. Fui muito mau recebida na recepção, um rapaz muito grosso que me recebeu falou que eu não tinha nada reservado lá, pois era um condomínio e não um hotel, mostrei o email pra ele, só que ele não quis ver, por sorte minha apareceu uma moça que fez uma ligação pra central de reservas, e depois de 2 horas mandaram a confirmação da reserva feita por vocês. Foi um grande transtorno para mim e meu marido. Nunca mais quero voltar lá.
