This is our second stay at this Residence and we will be back. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The facility is close to family and friends which is convenient. Also, being pet friendly is great and she is comfortable there. The rooms are clean but a need a little touch up here and there. We enjoyed our stay once again.

Overall our stay was good. The room and hotel were clean. The room was comfortable and offer ample space. Our only issue was the shower. The water pressure was terrible.

Everything was great EXCEPT I was charged $3.00 for parking and a outrageous charge of $20.00 for internet which is absurd I will not be staying at any hotel with charges like that when most of the other hotels do not charge for internet or parking
