I stayed at this hotel because I was attending a concert at the Santander Arena, and the location was super convenient! It made getting to and from the concert very easy, which was a huge plus. The only downside was the elevator situation. I’m not sure if the hotel only has one elevator or if only one was working during our stay, but the wait for the elevator was extremely long, especially with so many guests coming and going. Other than that, the convenience of the location was definitely a highlight, especially if you’re staying there for an event at the Santander Arena.
