From the beginning the first impression was average. Check in quick and efficient. Received our card key for our room (217) open the door and there was a small air machine running on the floor and the smell of the room was a bit foul. We left for an engagement and came back later in the evening to a parking lot full of kids (ages 10 - 18+) all through out the parking lot (this was at 11 30 pm) no supervision. This noise continued outside until 4 am. They were loud/partying, etc. No sleep for us. Will not stay here again. There are better places to stay.

It was a good place to stay...a good location. I did not appreciate I could not lower the room temp less than 68 degrees. The occupants the floor above were noisy. It did not subsided even after filing a complaint with the desk. I used the microwave to warm leftovers my last morning there...thank goodness. A sensor was defective resulting in the microwave inoperable. The bell would sound every two minutes. I could not turn it off and quickly became annoying.

The staff were amazing. When I got into my room the toilet was clogged. The woman at the front desk came and unclogged it seeing maintenance had gone home for the day. The toilet was fine for a few flushes then clogged again. The water in the bathroom turned off multiple times while washing my hands. Everything seemed clean those were my only issues. I would stay here again I think it was just my room that had issues.

Amazing facility. Clean, organized and modern. Desiree Sweals, who checked us in deserves a raise. She was working solo and did an excellent job with everyone. She was checking people in, doing laundry, taking people whatever they were lacking in their rooms. She is awesome!
