“On arrival we were met by,we think,the property manager who looked like he was still living in his home country. Certainly not the manager of a motel.i was shown the room, which was the original house prior to the motel being built many,many years ago and right on the main highway. He showed me around. The bedroom was the original lounge,the bathroom i didn't want to see and the kitchen was the original one of the house. I immediately told my guide i would not stay as the place had unsuitable...

“They have really given the property a facelift. The staff were friendly and helpful and the price was not high. I would stay there again for it's access to Bendigo Stadium.”

My room was beautiful and unlike most hotels, the room looked exactly as pictured on the website, spacious, clean, renovated and well equipped. Secure parking overnight with a locked gate a bonus and as a solo female traveller I felt very safe. As a regular traveller for work I think I have found my place when needing a bed in Bendigo.”
