This is a lovely hotel. It was in walking distance of Ravensburg. I wasn't sure what to expect, but was very pleased with my stay. Breakfast had a variety of offerings and was delicious. The staff at reception were professional, friendly, and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in or near Ravensburg!!

Great hotel

New hotel, that was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is about a 10 minutes walk from the centre of the town and 5 mins to the train station. Family room had a bunk bed and a double bed. Only bad thing is that the floors seemed thin as we could hear the child moving around the door above. If travelling alone the walk to the town involved a walk through an underground tunnel. We found no issues but it could put off a women on her own. There are alternative routes to town, but slightly longer.

Make sure you get a separate code sent to you!!

I was meant to get a code to check in as it's a self-check-in. Nothing was sent!!. I was waiting at the reception for over half an hour and rang every number there, including the emergency number, and they were not interested..... Make sure you get a code before turning up, as they are unhelpful, especially if you turn up in the evening.... I would not go again!

Das Hotel machte einen sehr guten Eindruck, sauber und renoviert, modernes Ambiente. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und nett. Wir waren schnell auf unserem Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet alles funktional und erschien frisch renoviert, die Aussicht auf die kleine Schafherde und ein paar Hühnern war super. Ein paar Kritikpunkte: Am Kopfteil vom Bett klebte etwas Undefinierbares welches ich erst einmal wegputzen musste. An den Handtüchern waren schwarze Haare und sie rochen leider muffig. Die Zimmertür ließ sich nur sehr schwer schließen, man musste sie mit Nachdruck zuziehen, erst dann war sie richtig zu. Leider war abends als wir ins Zimmer zurückkamen (nach der Zimmerreinigung) die Tür nicht richtig verschlossen…..

Parkplätze vorhanden, bei unserem Besuch allerdings ausgebucht aber man konnte in fußläufiger Nähe kostenlos parken. Frühstück war ok, zu Stoßzeiten (Sonntag 9.30) sehr voll und das Auffüllen hat etwas länger gedauert. Zusammenfassend würden wir wieder hier übernachten.
