Hosts were exceptional. We were running late for a tour upon arrival and they expedited check in to assure we made the tour on time. Room very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Having on site parking in an ideal location for touring Ravenna was a HUGE plus. Don't hesitate to book here!

A small pied-a-terre in the centre of Ravenna with all the sights and museums within easy walking distance on the flat. There is limited parking on site but this needs to be booked in advance and you will need a residents pass to drive round the city streets(the hotel can arrange this). Breakfast is individually prepared and served- at a very reasonable price. The bedrooms are a reasonable size and some have outside space. Wifi was good.

This place is absolutely fantastic! The hotel is beautifully designed, very quiet and cozy. It is located in a quiet area of Ravenna but within minutes of the centre. It takes only 5 mins max to get to the shops and restaurants and 10-15mins for all of the archeological sites. The staff are extremely helpful and will guide you in the right direction. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Ravenna. I know I will be booking with them again when I return!

I had only one regret, which was that I could only stay at Villa Noctis for one night. Michele was a wonderful, warm, and helpful host--the rooms were quiet, spacious, and comfortable, and his dining recommendations (at i Furfanti) could not have been a more satisfying choice. If I return to Ravenna, and I hope to do so soon, I will certainly book my stay at Villa Noctis again.

Great stay

This is a beautiful hotel. We enjoyed our stay and we’re well taken care of. The breakfast was delicious. Our room was very nice and clean. The people running the hotel were exceptionally caring and pleasant. We recommend Hotel Novitas. It is also in a good location and easy to walk everywhere.

Lovely staff in a lovely property. Our room was well appointed, and very comfortable. The location is excellent. It is on a quiet street that is miniutes from everything. When you arrive staff have a package of information ready about Ravenna as well as reataurant suggestions (with coupon). I more than comfortable recomending this small hotel to anyone.

The room was nice and had a good sized bathroom. The beds were comfortable enough. However, the air conditioner in our room did not get cold. The other rooms our friends were in were ice cold but hours was burning up hot. After many hours it got mildly comfortable but theirs was cooled off in 10 minutes.

Overcharged for breakfast and add ons...16 euros each for pastry and coffee breakfast, 8 euros each for water, 29 euros for 1/2 litre of wine, booked and paid thru Expedia and at checkout demanded another 125 Euros difference. Apparently could not understand even when I used Google translate. Contacted Expedia after to try and resolve problem, hotel said they had given me a complimentary "upgrade" and had neglected to take it off my bill and could not refund to the card I paid with but would need my complete banking details or access to my PayPal account. Expedia would not credit my account and told me I would have to phone from Canada to Italy and apparently work the problem out myself with hotel..speaking Italian presumably. Villa Noctis customer support 0, Expedia customer support 0.. Don't use Expedia and stay somewhere else when visiting this beautiful city.

My recent stay at Villa Noctis surpassed all expectations and left me with cherished memories that I'll treasure forever. Booking a last-minute stay through Orbitz while at the train station turned out to be a stroke of luck, as this charming hotel was located nearby, just a short 10-15 minute walk away. From the moment I arrived, Michael, the gracious host, warmly welcomed me and efficiently checked me in. His genuine hospitality shone through as he eagerly shared excellent dining recommendations in the area. To make my exploration of Ravenna even more enjoyable, he thoughtfully handed me a paper map, thoughtfully marked with insider tips on must-see attractions. Michael went above and beyond by offering to help me book a shuttle bus for my upcoming cruise departure, ensuring a seamless and stress-free pick-up experience. His personal attention truly made me feel valued as a guest. Accompanied by Michael, I was led to my room, which exceeded my expectations in every way. The spacious and immaculate environment immediately made me feel at home, rather than just another guest at a hotel. The plush and comfortable mattress guaranteed a restful night's sleep, and the availability of cold water, tea, coffee, and luxurious toiletries made my stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. Villa Noctis' captivating decor added to its allure, making it a truly unique and memorable destination for those seeking a delightful overnight stay in In conclusion, Villa Noctis is a hidden gem
