We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were amazing, they accommodated us with bikes in the morning, We met up with the rest of our family and they went above and beyond to welcome us all in the lobby. The area is a 3 minute walk from the train station and 15 minute walk to the square where you find restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend.

We only stayed the one night, and it was really just a “pit stop” before we went on a cruise out of Ravenna. The hotel is very close to the train station (as we came down from Venice), and our room included a transfer to the port. The breakfast was good and the staff were nice, but we weren’t impressed with the room. The beds were very hard and there was no character to the room. Also, the WiFi was terrible.

Very convenient for the railway station and walking into the city. Hotel with helpful staff, although it’s very basic. Breakfast was average. Lots of processed foods, but coffee was fresh! We chose this hotel as we were using the trains to arrive and depart from Ravenna. Unfortunately, the area is quite run down with many dubious characters hanging around. Certainly avoid the area of Speyer Garden directly opposite the railway station.

Very conveniently located just a short walk from the Ravenna train station. Very friendly and accomodating staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Room was pretty basic but clean and comfortable. Big bonus for cruisers as the hotel provides a free shuttle to the cruise port (which is actually quite far away).

Hotel Italia is conveniently close to the rail station; the area is very walkable to many of the attractions and the shops. The staff were very nice and the room was spacious, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The buffet breakfast and the staff in the little attached breakfast only restaurant were very nice. I would definitely recommend.
