Staff, friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast options very good. Good location, excellent restaurants near by. Couple of down points, bed mattress was very lumpy and uncomfortable, so had to use spare blanket provided. Air conditioner was not working properly so room was very warm.

Amazing front desk manager - friendly, helpful advice, secured a taxi in a town with only 24 taxis. He also provided some ice which is rare in Italy. The room was spacious and the AC was effective. Breakfast was wonderful and catered to all tastes. Most attractions were 5-10 minutes walk. I would certainly stay there again.

Hotel Diana was lovely and very convenient. Both Philip and the day time Lady who worked behind the front desk, were great. Both helpful and kind - that goes a long way when you are tired and stressed from travel. The breakfast was plentiful with a lot of variety. If something was missing and you asked, it was delivered quickly. My only complaint is dealing with entitled people in the dining area - BUT that is certainly not the hotel's fault. We would gladly stay at Hotel Diana in the future! Lori M. - Canada

Pros: Clean hotel and room, wide assortment of buffet breakfast items (though lacking in fruit and some vegan options), and friendly staff. Cons: A light switch did not work in the room and the shower had a slightly malfunctioning door and shower head but we overall would recommend the hotel! Not the most comfortable bed.

The hotel was in a great location and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. The room itself was quite large, though the furniture appeared decades old and the bed needs replacing.

Wonderful host! Told us tips on where does there were genuine restsurants, clean, wonderful breakfast, concierge info, kind host, right in historic center of this beautiful city. Warm comfy wool blankets for bed.

A fine hotel in a good location. Great service and an excellent breakfast. Quiet and clean. Parking was four blocks away. Walk ten minutes to the Dante tomb and mosaic churches.

Comfortable and affordable

It was in a quiet location a short walk from the train station. There were four adults in the room which was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very typically an Italian style with many sweet pastries and a few selections of savory items.

What an amazing hotel and staff! Owner was exceptionally helpful; went above and beyond to help us deal with a car rental issue, as very attentive, in sum, we were very well taken care of, like family. Cruise bus stops at the hotel. Breakfast was delicious! Thank you for an amazing experience.

The Hotel was in walking distance of the town center where all the shopping and restaurants are. Philip (at the reception desk) was very helpful and polite. He helped us get transportation to the Cruise port. Also I had picked out 3 restaurants in the area, and he told us which one he liked the best. The breakfast was very good. My only surprise was that our room had two twin beds, just like being back in college!
