The room was incredibly clean and the front desk gave us plenty of suggestions on places to eat near the hotel. The AC worked and the room was very large and spacious. They also had a very clean lobby and the room was well kept and clean. The hotel was in a great location by all the shopping.

Our room was ready and clean when we arrived. It is central to the city and we walked around with ease. Shuttle from Visit Ravenna come and picks you up right at the hotel for the cruise port!

Great friendly staff especially the manager and Miguel who is so helpful and professional and checked us in late in the evening and was back at his desk at 8am next morning. As soon as we walked in, they were helpful, offered suggestions, and made our stay perfect! Highly recommend. Breakfast was very good and it was centrally located so that we could do a bit of sightseeing before getting on our cruise.

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the furniture made the room feel like a cheap motel. The bench (not couch) was made of the same Formica as the desk/dresser table top. The bedside tables looked like something from IKEA. This felt like a two or three-star hotel at best.
