Più che vintage l’hotel è da considerarsi “vecchio”! L’acqua calda usciva dal rubinetto del bagno anche aprendo quella fredda e la colazione da non ripetere!

Vacanza rilassante all'hotel Avana

Hotel vintage e informale, personale molto cordiale e disponibile, buona la pulizia nella stanza, prima colazione con scelta varia di dolci e un poco più ristretta per il "salato", l'hotel non offre la ristorazione a pranzo e cena né il servizio spiaggia ma ha delle buone condizioni con i bagni adiacenti sia per la spiaggia sia per la ristorazione, abbiamo passato una piacevole vacanza anche sfruttando la comoda piscina dell'hotel.

Fine settimana lungo, in moto con soste notturne in varie località, l'hotel Avana è stato scelto per qualità-prezzo e per le recensioni, ha una buona piscina comoda per i clienti e l'hotel è estremamente vicino alla spiaggia dove c'è un bagno - trattoria per pranzo e cena.

Perfetto per famiglie e coppie

Proprietario molto gentile e discreto, camere molto pulite. Colazione buona, a buffet. Dalla stanza che avevamo si vedeva il mare. Abbiamo scelto questo albergo per la sua vicinanza alla spiaggia e a Mirabilandia. Si può rientrare in camera a qualsiasi ora.

bello fare un tuffo in piscina avendone il tempo

Premetto che conosco molto bene l'area di Lido di Savio. Hotel Avana si trova non distante dal centro. È un albergo che esiste da circa 25 anni, sempre ben gestito e controllato. È uno dei pochi alberghi in zona a non avere il ristorante interno ma, in compenso, ha ottime convenzioni con molti locali nei dintorni, permettendo così alla clientela una ampia scelta e discrezionalità. È dotato di una area relax con bella piscina all'aperto e sala per la ginnastica. Anche la stanza singola che mi è stata assegnata era abbastanza spaziosa, con balcone e on letto alla francese molto comodo. Ordine e pulizia : tutto molto ben curato. TV e cassaforte, ventilatore a pale al soffitto, no aria condizionata e no frigo bar. Buona prima colazione al mattino con disponibilità di anticipare anche l'orario di accesso per chi ha dei problemi di orario per lavoro. Comunque reputo che per il costo pagato (40 Euro) per una notte non sia possibile pensare di pretendere oltre.

L'hotel è vicinissimo al mare e si presenta molto bene, ha un ampio parcheggio a disposizione dei clienti. Camere soddisfacenti per servizio e pulizia. Come riportato da altri, un pò datate e doccia a pavimento che inonda l'intero bagno. La colazione è abbondante in quantità e qualita, assortimento di prodotti classico. Tuttavia il rapporto qualità/prezzo risulta buono. Molto pulito. Servizio efficace ed efficente. Per me che ero di passaggio e avevo bisogno solamente di un posto dove trascorrere la notte è stato perfetto.

l'hotel ha personale gentile e buona pulizia, purtroppo le camere e i servizi lasciano a desiderare perchè datati...ci è stata riservata una camera sul retro, avendo chiesto una posizione tranquilla ed il risultato è stato che la camera era caldissima ( non essendoci condizionatore ed essendo esposta al sole nel pomeriggio) e la sera arrivava la musica altissima da una piazza poco distante dove c'era animazione fino aqlle 24 e oltre....mentre sul davanti la situazione era più tranquilla.

Очень душевный отель

Небольшой отельчик на 2ой линии от моря (до пляжа, с которым у него договор на скидку на шезлонги, если хочется позагорать, метров 200). Очень чистый, вкусные завтраки. Хозяин отеля сам же стоит на ресепшене и иногда вечером в баре. Всегда интересуется у посетителей, все ли им понравилось. Правда, он не говорить по-английски, поэтому за переводом обращается к сыну (который тоже в отеле работает). Мне кажется, что фотографии, опубликованные на этом сайте - немного вычурные - кажется будто отель оформлен в азиатском стиле. По факту же - обычный современный еврорпейский отель. из минусов - вместо кондея вентилятор (но у нас была теневая сторона, поэтому не жарко было), наш номер был над кухней поэтому в 7 утра я просыпалась от тошнотворного запаха ванили, когда делали круассаны (хотя муж с ребенком говорят, что они не замечали этот запах). душ - находится в туалете. но это мелочи, как нам показалось, потому что отель нам безумно понравился.

buon compromesso prezzo/qualità

L'hotel è situato in ottima posizione (50 mt dal mare) sul corso principale, la struttura è datata (gli arredi, le porte e le finestre hanno 40 anni) ma tenuta bene. Il proprietario e molto cordiale e disponibile, il servizio in generale è buono. Il voto diventa negativo principalmente perché di fronte all'hotel c'è una villetta con 15 cani (il numero non è casuale) cha abbaiano tutta la notte, rendendo il riposo IMPOSSIBILE. Sono stato 2 notti ed avro dormito 4 ore in totale.
