Located on a reststop, check-in is in the gas station. The staff didn't speak English but we made it work. As a guest of the hotell you get a 25% discount on food at the reststop. Parking is behind the hotel in a secluded parking space. The hotel and rooms where very clean, fresh and quiet. Perfect as an overnight stop while traveling.

Will definitely stay again

Stayed here whilst Spiel Essen was on, literally the perfect location, with a bus stop just down the road you could easily get to Essen or Düsseldorf! Family room was fantastic to stay, only downside is there was no coffee making facilities in the room, however walking to the petrol station or restaurant with 25% off everything made it less inconvenient ☺️

Very clean and convenient. Staff is very accommodating. Be aware that this property is located at a rest stop and check in a is done at the service station. You could walk to the neighboring town, Hosel, but we chose to drive to Ratingen for dinner. Despite the location, the hotel was quiet, secure and spotless!

The hotel looks and feels brand new, room was big and had good beds. Bathroom was very clean and nice. There is no fridge in the room and no breakfast or dinner option inside the hotel. This can be enjoyed at the Serways gas station 2 minutes walking away. And the city center with a multitude of dinner options is just 10 minutes by car.

Nice and new hotel but AC out of order

We booket this for a stay over after a consert in Dusseldorf. The location was fine and the hotel is quite new and was in good condition. But, the aircondition was out of order ande the temperatur in Dusseldorf this day was up to 35`C so it was ridiculous varm in the room and not possible to sleep. Thats why its only to stars from us.

Das Raum war wirklich sehr sauber und gemütlich. Der Ort war sehr ruhig gelegen gewesen und total angenehm! Zwar ein bisschen abgelegt aber mit Auto total in Ordnung! Das einzige was mich sehr gestört hat war der Gestank! Es hat wirklich sehr nach Essen und verbranntes Öl gestunken! Total unangenehm!

Wir fanden das Zimmer sauber, die Betten gut und das Badezimmer war überraschend groß und auch sauber. Es gibt sogar Notschalter im Bad. Das Personal war sehr nett. Zum nächsten Lebensmittelmarkt sind es 4 min und zum Bäcker 2 min mit dem Auto. Check in war eigentlich um 14 Uhr wir konnten leider erst um 15.30 Uhr einchecken da das Zimmer noch nicht fertig war. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

Für ein Hotel/ Motel direkt an der Autobahnraststätte super gut. Es ist alles neu, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Ich hatte ein Zimmer hinten raus, es war auch sehr ruhig. Preis / Leistung ist hier top.
