Ich war das 2.mal in diesem Hotel innerhalb eines Jahres. Das Hotel ist 1.Jahr alt. Alles ist immernoch Top. Sauber, funktionell, sehr Freundlicher Service und ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Ich komme wieder.

Very nice clean and friendly hotel The hotel is very close to the airport the rooms are very clean and upscale, staff are very friendly. My suitcase was lost and transferred to me the next day so the staff had toothbrush and shaving equipment for me. The rooms where cleaned every. day I got a complimentary bottle of water and some sweets. Breakfast is very up class and worth the extra money. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 are too small issues. The first one is none of the staff speak English so you can communicate only by a translation app, and also my suitcase has arrived in the afternoon but I wasn't informed by the front desk even though I asked them to inform me when it arrives so I only found out about it the next day after I called the airline. Except for those two issues great hotel next time I'm going to the dusseldorf I'll be sure to book it again.

Sehr schöne, moderne Zimmer. Alles war vorhanden. Sehr sauber und ein tolles Badezimmer. Das Personal war überaus freundlich. Frühstück war sehr lecker und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wenn sich die Gelegenheit ergibt werden wir wieder dort übernachten. Wir können das FriendsHotel in Ratingen ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.
