I was extremely pleased with every personnel I came in contact with from the front desk to security to housekeeping. Every contact was out of the way friendly and helpful. Front desk was beyond hospitable. Room was well cleaned. Would definitely stay here again. My concern about cleanliness actually pertained to the entry way to the beach which I know the hotel doesn't own but perhaps could help the city with maintenance since some guests may want to access it..

Great amazing

Nice harbor hotel , great staff, nice room and the sister hotel plantation house stunning. Dont expect full entertainment. This is a place where you enjoy luxury in a very peaceful surrounding. Really beautiful properties. As a hotelier myself i have to say sweet very friendly staff, great food but logistic training is missing, efficiency as there is far to much staff in the restaurant in low season but again if it fits the company in turnover no need to let them go and keep structure alive as long they are aware that they have then a great boss then.

Friendly and helpful staff! Everyone was really great! The marina has a great vibe and the rooms are clean and modern. High quality bathroom products and comfy duvets and pillows. Great swimming pool and beautiful gardens/grounds. Walk the beach to the coconut grove beach club.

The pool area was a bit unloved. Broken sunbeds, leaves in the pool etc. The staff are nice, the rooms are sufficient. The rooms are expensive but cheaper than some in the area. Cafe and restaurant are reasonably priced.

It was clean & quiet, everyone was friendly. It was really nice to see the boats coming in and out of the marina. The beach club wasn’t open the days we stayed so after eating, walking the dock, and down the beach the wasn’t much to do so we took a taxi into Kingstown. The water wasn’t the turquoise blue, still nice, but the staff recommended some nearby beaches we could taxi too. Very chill and very clean.
