“Communication was very frustrating as despite messaging via Hotels.com (once it had been booked - 3 months before our stay)and then later by a bit of detective work emailing directly. This was just to get details i.e. postcode, info re local places to eat etc, the first communication was at 5.45pm on the day of check in i.e. after the check in time of 2pm. “The staff were lovely but really very slow to serve you , saw many tables with ppl waiting to be served , they dont tell you the walk in resturant menu is just like a bar snack food , no chips , no real dinners are served. If i had known that i would have gone to the italian resturant . Breakfast , have have to wait to get served , no buffet , so have to wait to get coffee or tea , u can only get juices , fruit , cereals until they serve you . Other than that its very relaxing quiet place .bed...
