personeel is harstikke vriendelijk, ze willen je allemaal graag helpen. onze duits is niet zo sterk maar hun vertaalde het allemaal netjes voor ons in het engels.

Doorsnee accommodatie. Wel schoon. Hele nacht een buurman die de tv aan liet staan. Bleek familielid te zijn o.i.d. Ontbijt was povertjes. Wij waren de enige gasten. Tweede dag konden we geen diner krijgen. Er was een "besloten groep". Dit is meer dan vreemd. Je boekt mede vanwege de combinatie slapen / eten. Het personeel was niet bereid iets te regelen buiten eten op de kamer!! Overigens was ons bij het ontbijt niet gemeld dat eten een probleem zou zijn. Nu werden wij gedwongen buiten de deur te gaan. De verantwoordelijke dame probeerde bij 4 andere restaurants te boeken maar dat lukte niet op zaterdagavond. Uiteindelijk werd een reservering bij een lokale pizzatent geregeld. Wij hebben toen maar besloten de overnachting te cancelen. Ik werd ook nog honend bejegend door een personeelslid!! Stond te giegelen! Het is dat het lastig is om geld terug te krijgen anders zou ik dat doen. Advies: Schrap dit adres uit jullie bestand. Slechte referentie voor jullie>
