The Hotel itself was great. The issue was that they had 9 elevators but only 4 worked. Too much time spent in or waiting on an elevator. The room was beautiful but room cleaning service didn't come on the final day. I had an issue with a clogged toilet in the room and they never came when ordered through the phones AI. I called the front desk and after on hold for 10 min they sent someone up and it was fixed in 1 min.

Compared to the other casinos the air conditioning was very poor, rooms weren’t so clean, originally booked for a strip view staff was supposed to call next day after check in to switch rooms never received that call.. most likely won’t be staying there again.. we did like the shops near by
