Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The carpets were disgusting and stained on every flloor and in the rooms. The dinner was way over priced for Tv dinners at best. Pool was good and the staff was friendly. Hot tub was also dirty. Just dirty!

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The room was clean and the bed was amazing. The desk clerks and housekeeping people rude and sarcastic. Mariah the desk clerk was helpful and pleasant and Dustin the bartender and waiter was friendly and personable and a waitress who was 8 months pregnant so sweet. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional. Food was great but last day at hotel the truck had not made it in for the food menu. Not the hotels problem.

We enjoyed our close proximity to the pool. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was okay but a bit pricey. The bed was very uncomfortable and the carpet appeared to be in need of cleaning throughout the halls and room.

Comfortable bed and easy check in. The glass shower had not been cleaned and had some type of white goop (probably shampoo or something similar) stuck all over it, you could also see where something had been spilled next to the bed and cleaning staff had not scrubbed the carpet or wiped the side of the bed down.
