This was a unique property. It had the space and a kitches as if you had rented a home. yet it had the convience of the hotel. (pool, hot tub, and a breakfast. could be ideal for a young family vacation. Also well located to get to any tourist attractions in the black hills.

The property was clean, family‑friendly, and perfectly located with easy access to the highway for all of the South Dakota attractions. One note: the pool was a bit “sketch,” as my kids put it, with cloudy water and even a floating bandage. Fortunately, we didn’t choose this hotel for the pool, so it wasn’t a major issue. Breakfast was typically gone by 8:30 a.m., but we found some great local spots instead. The free parking, bunk beds, and overall space were excellent. We would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed here in Rapid City for a week while a family member had a medical procedure. Check in was easy and proce matched online booking. No fault to the staff but the first room the fridge did not work. Second room, wasnt clean at all. Finally landed in a 3rd room and upgraded me for the hassle. Room was clean, quiet, everything worked(fridge, hair dryer, coffee...) all floors were clean and property well maintained. Pool and hot tub worked well and clean. Breakfast: yummy and lots of selections. Parking: free, clean and safe Location: close to mall, shopping, food and safe as well. Staff: friendly, helpful, kind and accommodating. Will stay again!

Staff were pleasant, breakfast decent. Nice furniture in and layout for the rooms, but our two were a bit on the shabby side: cracked tiles in the bathroom, running toilet, missing stopper in bathroom sink. Floors felt a bit sandy to stocking feet. No hand soap because they “ran out.” Sign in the kitchen area: “Dishes in the dishwasher are clean.” Really?? I have to put away a full load of someone else’s dishes if I want to use the dishwasher?? Shouldn’t that be done as part of the room turnover? Manager readily accepted and made note of our comments, said he would alert maintenance right away.
