Mattress and the pillows were very comfortable. The AC worked. Non-smoking room ordered smelled of smoking. Couch had holes where the foam stuffing was popping out. We couldn't let natural light in the room because window was at the level of the parked vehicle tires. People going in and out of an exit door just around a corner.

Room desperately needs updated! Furniture old and scratched up. Carpet old and sticky. Soiled bed topper. Hotel staff at check in was friendly. Breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs, waffles, toast, granola bars, apples, donuts, cereal, and English muffins. Had to ask for butter. Not impressed. Pool not bad. No fitness room. Definitely a budget hotel.

The hotel is dated, but it was decently clean. Mattress was comfortable. Grout was broken. Floor is stained. Wall paper peeling. The breakfast was waffles and hard boiled eggs that didn't have tongs so children were rifling through them with their fingers. There was cereal but no milk. This was the entire breakfast. The pool worked but there was only one light (I checked the switches), so it was very dark inside.

The best thing about our stay was the big room with three comfy queen beds! Everything else was fairly abysmal. Obviously an older property that isn’t maintained at all. Carpets, floors, etc., were all pretty worn and dirty. Not even vacuumed. The breakfast was one of the worst I’ve seen. Counters dirty, selection meager at best. We didn’t eat there. I missed this property not having an elevator when we really needed it this trip.

Not worth the price we paid for the rooms. Mattress was comfortable. But carpeting was dirty in the lobby, stairs, and rooms. Didn't even look vacuumed. No elevator, so if you have heavy luggage, difficult to get to 2nd floor. Free breakfast should have been listed as limited continental, consisting of coffee, cereal & a do it yourself waffle maker. The locks on the back & side entrances were broken, so propped open with a rock.
