Price was good for the area and being center to surrounding area activities that we wanted. Hotel seemed older, room could use some updating. Pool was very cold. Lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. Housekeeping could’ve been a little better when we arrived. There was crumbs on our table, for all in all it was a good visit. We didn’t eat at the breakfast just had coffee. Lots of parking spots to park. Gas station and near by places to eat, even walking distance if needed. Right off the interstate nice location

We were early for check in and the receptionist was great. Moved us to a room that was more accommodating for us. Was disappointed in the breakfast. Waffles were good but that was the only warm item available other than packages of oatmeal. Plates were small like for desserts. One waffle wouldn’t even fit on the plate. Room was clean and shower head was awesome. Air conditioner worked pretty good. It was over 100 out and the air conditioner kept the room cool! Room needed updating. Mattress is extremely firm. That was fine with me but most wouldn’t have liked it. Fridge in room worked good and room had a microwave. No coffee machine in the room but coffee in the lobby.

Staff were super friendly! Room was in need of some love. Stains on carpet/lampshade and leaking shower diverter. Otherwise, appeared clean. Some outlets did not appear to work. AC worked sporadically. Window tracks were dirty. Bed was very comfortable and linens were crisp and clean. You will need to bring your own toilet paper, kleenex, shampoo, handsoap, cups, etc. as there is none available in the room or the lobby. There is no coffee maker in the room and the machines in the lobby were out of order. Being a coffee addict, that was a huge drawback. Location was good with easy access to interstate.

When I was about to leave the property on Sunday 7/5 @ 12:10A, the front desk guy told me that I couldn't leave till 2A. I got mad and I explained that I have to drive 24hrs back home and I need to have a receipt that everything was cero balance, and if he was not compliance with me I will be forced to call the cops. Also when I 1st register at the motel I specifically told the lady that I was paying in cash, (which I did the same day) I was only using the credit card for the motel to be secure with my reservation. After I handed her the cash and few days later she charged to my CC, I called my CC immediately, but the front desk canceled the charges. Why they'll put you to such an uncomfortable situation???? The only thing remains questionable is that I'm not sure if they ask me for money ($150) for the keys. Besides the above, employees were friendly and ready to accommodate your needs. Amy

The room was clean. I didn't get to eat breakfast because I usually go out with family to eat. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. They let me know if I needed anything to let them know. I had a wonderful stay. I would stay there again and the room rates were reasonable.
