Una notte in un buon posto

Posto a 5 minuti dal mare a piedi con possibile parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze. Il personale molto cordiale e disponibile a dare indicazioni per quarto riguarda tutto il necessario per il soggiorno la vacanza. Le camere hanno una particolare attenzione nei dettagli compresi di macchina del caffè espresso ed bollitore con tisane e te a disposizione nella stanza completamente gratuita. La colazione semplice ma ottimo sempre con un sorriso sulle labbra. Sicuramente un posto da tenere in considerazione.

San Desiderio Hotel, Rapallo

Our stay at the San Desiderio in Rapallo was excellent. The hotel is wonderfully situated, right in the centre of town, within walking distance of everything including trains and buses. The hotel itself was spotless, well-equipped, and far beyond what is to be expected of a 2-star establishment. Excellent and imaginative breakfast. The welcome we received was warm, and the owners are incredibly helpful.

Absolutely Fantastic stay with the nicest people.

Nothing was too much trouble. Marco and Philpee were so kind and helpful and made our stay a real pleasure. Their knowledge of the area meant that we had good advice on places to eat out and activities to do. Five Star service and lovely comfortable rooms. The shower was excellent too ! Will defintely stay again in the not too distant future ! Thank you !!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in einem Familien 3-Bettzimmer. Das Hotel war gut und wir haben sehr hilfreiche Auskünfte vom deutschsprachigen Hotelleiter erhalten. Die Lage ist ideal nur ca. 100m vom Meer entfernt wo sich zahlreiche Restaurants etc. befinden. Gerne wieder.

Quiet location yet central, only five minutes walk from sea front and ten minutes from station. Room was a little on small side but very clean and good showers. Very attentive service from the proprietor who spoke good english. Breakfast was acceptable/above average. Quite good value. I would go again.

Lovely friendly stay

we arrived all hot to be greeted by Marco who was just so kind and welcoming. Our room was very clean and neat and air-conditioned was great. Breakfast was filling and its in a great location close to everything. Marco and Phillipo were wonderful hosts and made us always feel welcome. They provided quality information and made lovely food recommendations. I would definitely stay there again. Its a very warm cozy place to stay. thank you Marco and Phillipo.

Perfect customer service

This is like staying with friends you didn't know you had , until you met them. I planned on staying 2 nights in Rapallo to look for property, however, I decided to stay additional days because I was just not ready to leave. Superior Customer Service are not just words to Marco and Philipo is just the only way they know how to do it. The hotel is low key, in the center of Rapallo, 3 minute walk to seaside, on a side street, clean, more B&B than a hotel. 10 minute walk from train station, although the first time it seems a bit longer. Marco spent several hours on two afternoon helping me with my real estate search. If you want High end luxury with polished marble and sea view this is not your place. I think the Excelsior palace have rooms for about 1,000/nigh

Hotel in a central location in Rapallo

The hotel is situated in a central location in Rapallo, and everything can be reached by a short walk. The downside of this is that the traffic noise is still quite noticeable, even though the hotel itself is in a very small alley. Parking can be quite tricky, although you will receive a special parking permit that allows you to park on the areas marked with white lines (still you need to find a free spot). The room itself is small and I found the mattress a bit too worn out for my taste. The owners are very friendly, enthusiastic and supportive.

accoglienza perfetta. Grande professionalità, disponibilità e cortesia da parte dei gestori. Piccolo albergo ubicato, conveniente rispetto alla categoria ed al prezzo pagato, in posizione centrale nella splendida Rapallo. Con sorpresa anche il parcheggio dell'autovettura è risultato agevole grazie allo speciale permesso rilasciato dall'amministrazione cittadina agli ospiti dell'albergo. Stanza in ordine, pulita e confortevole. Prima colazione continentale completa e di qualità assolutamente soddisfacente.

Like having a concierge

While the room was quite small as was the bathroom, the hotel was conveniently located within a 10 minute walk of the train station, the seaside promenade, and the "old town" pedestrian area. The included breakfast was great and was served as a buffet with ham, salami, cheese, yogurt, fresh fruit, a selection of juices as well as fresh croissants, focaccia, fruit tart and cold cereal. The coffee was freshly brewed and even hot chocolate was available. But what made this hotel extra special was Marco, one of the propietors, who treated us as if we were his special guests. He trained at a 5 star hotel and it showed. Not only is he fluent in several languages, but he provided every service he could to make our stay pleasurable. It was like having a professional concierge at a budget hotel.

TRES BON RAPPORT QUALITE / PRIX L'hôtel se trouve dans une impasse, bizarre au début, mais dès que l'on franchit la porte, on oublie tout Accueil excellent.... On voit bien que nous avons des professionnels en face de nous... Et d'une gentillesse.... C'est naturel de la part de Marco , Philippo est très gentil mais plus discret Nous avons observé Marco avec différents clients au petit déjeuner.... Toujours souriant et il passe d'une langue à l'autre avec une aisance Merci à vous deux et une carresse à Idéfix
