The hotel is in a fantastic location right along the front. We stayed in a triple room which was slightly dated although the bathroom was modern. This suited us as most of the time we were exploring the area. The rooftop bar had stunning views and although the drinks are pricey the amount of canapés we were given for free made the drinks more reasonable. Breakfast was also delicious with varied options for all tastes. Would definitely recommend staying here

Great location right on the water and near lots of shops and restaurants. Hotel is well-maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had a car and valet parking was very useful in that area. We stayed in a junior suite with our 15 year old son. Room was super spacious for the three of us and we loved the two balconies overlooking the Mediterranean. The bathroom shower was a little small but that was a very minor inconvenience during an otherwise great 2-day stay! A hidden gem for sure!

The only criticism was the small size and quality of the toilet paper, which is becoming typical of hotels. We really enjoyed the excellent breakfast, especially the scrambled eggs and bacon.

The location was excellent and very conveniently located in town. It was directly across from the beach (and the hotel was great at providing beach towels), and my room had partial sea views with a small balcony, which made it all the more magical. Within minutes of walking, you’ll also find plenty of restaurants and shops (though be mindful of riposa/rest hours, where almost everywhere is closed), and you’re also a five minute walk to the Rapallo train station, which is also super convenient. For a reasonable cost, you can have buffet breakfast (worth the variety in my opinion). All the staff I dealt with, from reception to restaurant servers to cleaners, were all super friendly as well. The room was clean, though I wish the pillows were a bit softer, but otherwise, no real complaints. I would love to come back to Rapallo and stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect — right in the heart of Rapallo, overlooking the beachfront and harbour, with easy access to the main squares and so many fantastic restaurants right on the doorstep. A few streets away there’s also a lovely little shopping area with plenty of charming and unique shops. There’s a beach club directly across the way, which we used during our stay. It was around €25 per person for a full day, including a beach bed, umbrella and was definitely worth it. The location is also ideal for exploring the area, with the ferry nearby for easy trips to Portofino and Santa Margherita. Parking can be a little challenging and is on the pricey side, but honestly, the beautiful location more than makes up for it. The hotel itself was excellent, and breakfast was particularly good, with lots of choice. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again!

The location was just perfect !!! The staff was so pleasant and very helpful. We got upgraded to an amazing room. We got to visit Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino on a ferry boat located just in front of our hotel. At the end of the night, we got to experience the most beautiful view of the city, on the top floor patio. We would recommend this place 110% .

Wonderful hotel where everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The staff is incredibly polite and welcoming. Breakfasts are a pure delight: beautiful presentation, delicious omelets, fresh pastries, authentic pesto and focaccia, healthy seeds, fresh juices, and flawless coffee. If they could add a few fresh vegetables or greens, it would be an 11 out of 10! Highly recommended!
