A wonderful place to stay on the South Coast of Iceland. Immaculately clean and comfortable room and private bathroom. Very nice sitting area and kitchen available for public use. I only wish I could have stayed longer than one night.

Room clean and attractive. No interaction with staff other than success in checking in after calling two other numbers with no answer. There is a fee and reservation required if guests want to use the kitchen. Reviews indicated breakfast was provided, but this was not promised in the listing--my mistake. Access to a hot water heater and instant coffee and cocoa was appreciated.

Fantastic farm experience, and great room with wonderful bathroom and shower (our room had its own bathroom but some rooms have shared bathroom). The experience itself is waking up on a farm in Iceland. It’s very relaxing. The check in experience was a little strange, you call a number on a phone provided at the door, and I had to dial a couple of the numbers before someone answered, but otherwise the check in was smooth. Seeing the horses and sheep in the morning was a wonderful way to start the day. There was a small fee to use the kitchen, so we skipped the kitchen since we only stayed one night. I’m not sure if coffee and tea were provided or an extra fee, I did not see any instructions regarding that.

The location was nice! Close to a few towns and the ferry for the Westman Islands and the waterfalls! The rooms were clean as well as all the common areas! This was the first time at a guesthouse so wasn’t sure what to expect but it was a nice stay!

It is a lovely stay! Lovely rooms, modern bath. Friendly people and I saw how delicious the breakfast looked like - unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy it as we had to leave early. And: they had sheep and Iceland ponies. Would come back anytime. Highly recommended!
