“El hotel es muy bonito pero tuvimos un desafortunado servicio en el restaurante. Más de una hora esperando que sirvieran lo que había pedido y cuando al fin lo recibí (en mi habitación) estaba tibio y la carne la había pedido well done y llegó medió cruda. Aunque la excusa fue que tenían un matrimonio que atender, creo que eso no los salva de igual atender a los huéspedes. A pesar de ser un bonito hotel, no volveremos.”

“We were unable to lower the temp so it was far too hot for us when we couldn't get it cooler after being so over heated all day. We are Canadians so we are not accustomed to the heat and the strength of the sun here in this heat wave. The lady at the dest was wonderful and the restaurant was amazing. The staff at the restaurant had us laughing and we really enjoyed being able to have such a wonderful experience right there at the hotel”

“We couldn't even check in: the automated system found our booking but said "Sorry your room isn't available". But we'd already paid + booked and gotten confirmation. It was about 10pm, and there was nobody at the property to talk to. Luckily a neighbor walking past knew the owner's phone number, and called him. He answered and was very friendly but said he wasn't nearby, and gave us the phone number of someone named "Jacqueline" who was supposed to be nearby and could help... but nobody answer...

“Das Zimmer war sauber. Wir hatten das Dachgeschoss Zimmer, mitte Juni, sehr warm, keine Klimaanlage. Es gab einen sehr lauten Ventilator. Das Dachfenster ging nicht richtig zu öffnen. Ansonsten war es eine gute Unterkunft für die Durchreise nach Italien.”

“Room was fine. They greet you with free orange juice and coffee. My issue was that to access the hotel with a car you need to enter through the highway. We were in switzerland for 24hrs only with a german rental car so we did not want to buy a vignette for 1 hour of use. “El mene del desayuno era muy completo y sirven muy buen café. El servicio es excelente. La habitación se encuentra limpia y con una bella vista. En general fue una excelente experiencia. Lo único es poner atención a los horarios del bus si te mueves en transporte público, pero fuera de eso todo estuvo excelente. Gracias! ”
