View was great! Cabins were small but cozy and very clean. Only downside is if your coming up to do a long hike like we did with Mount Washington or similar length hikes where you start early in morning you will most likely miss out on breakfast that opens at 8!

There is a lovely view and it is also nice to have a separate cabin. The place was clean, had a stove, small fridge and freezer, as well as heat and A/C. I also appreciated that we could open the windows for some fresh air. The only thing that could be improved was that the cabin could be updated, and there could have been more blankets. There was one extra for four people which ended up being a little chilly.

Location was ideal for Santa’s Village. Our cabin was a decent size for a family of 6 however, we were not impressed with the cleanliness of our cabin. It was vacuumed and beds/sheets were clean but there were a significant amount of cobwebs and spiders in the cabin. A more detailed cleaning and vacuuming would have made it stay better. I had to go through with a broom and kill/clean everything.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming! My boyfriend and I stayed in a queen cabin, which was perfect for us. The bed was extremely comfortable and felt like memory foam with cozy blankets! The location of this cabin is also very convenient, we were about 10 minutes out from Gorham, where this lots of things to do! The freezer in the mini fridge did not freeze our water bottles over night which was unfortunate for our hike. The towels in the bathroom smelled strongly of laundry detergent, if you’re like me and sensitive to laundry detergent smells, I would bring your own towel! Overall we loved our stay and will definitely be back next year!

I gave it 5 stars but its actually 4.5 stars and there is no option for that. I took half a star just for the fact that the room could be cleaner. Maybe it was just an off day for whomever cleaned it, it happened. Quiet area next to a busy road, but was pretty quiet overnight. There is a pool and a small playground. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 10min from Gorham, which is where you would need to go to get anything (food, gas, supplies etc). Continental breakfast is offered but I didnt see what was offered, I was gone every morning during the time it was available. Would def stay here again

Alright, this place may need a paint job, but the staff is friendly and the cabins are fantastic, we had a king size bed with Kitchenette and a spotless bathroom. I would highly recommend for a short or long stay.
